MY STORY

2019

My Journey Started in 2019 while I was finishing my last semester of college.

As graduation quickly approached, I still had no idea what I wanted to do with my life. I was finishing degrees in business and psychology but was still unsure of what career path made sense for me.

So, after little deliberation, I decided to get my real estate license. Not because I wanted to be an agent, but because I thought it would be an okay option while I figured out my real life plan. Little did I know, Real Estate would become the real plan!

During the 4 months I spent studying for my exam, I secured an internship with an up and coming real estate team. As I learned the laws and regulations during my licensing course, I was also learning the real life application of the information through shadowing showings, open houses, team meetings, and more.

By the time I got my license, I was already equipped with the skills and knowledge to hit the ground running. I started full time 2 days after graduating.

2020

We all know that 2020 was a year for the books, and it certainly was for me and my career!

2021

In 2021, I was focused on becoming the BEST agent I could be and was working to solidify my Instagram strategy.

I was determined to generate leads on Instagram and started to really grow my small but mighty local following. As a 23 year old who had a small sphere, I relied on Instagram as a way to meet new people, build new relationships, and capture real estate leads.

2021 In review:

  • Sold 54 properties.
  • Made six figures.
  • Bought my first home at the age of 23.
  • Renovated my house to become MY home!
  • Named “On the Rise Agent” by Columbus Real Producers Magazine.

2022

2022...what a year! After 100+ transactions and multiple years focused just on my professional growth, I found both PERSONAL and PROFESSIONAL Success.

The strategies that I had implemented in my business were working. I was generating consistent business from all sorts of organic sources of business and continued to capture even more leads on Instagram.

2022 In review:

  • Sold 47 properties.
  • Earned a net six figure income....AGAIN!!!
  • Traveled EVERYWHERE (USA and out of the country).
2023

2023 was the year of big successes, challenges, & changes.

At the beginning of 2023, I received the incredible honor of being named 1 of 6 Top Professionals Under 40 in Central Ohio by the Columbus Board of Realtors. At just 25 years old, this was the biggest achievement of my career to date!

A few months later, I realized that my personal priorities had shifted and I decided to pursue the transition to a solo agent. This change allowed me to scale back on the number of deals needed to reach my income goal AND allowed me to explore other passions…

You guessed it…my other passions included coaching agents! In 2023, I started brainstorming ways that I could help other agents achieve the same things I had in my short career. I put a plan together for what I wanted my real estate business and coaching business to look like ... and then I got to work!

I focused on Instagram and referrals as my main two leads sources and started to see the vision for my coaching business come together. On December 29th, 2023 I launched @businessof_realestate.

2024

After launching my coaching business at the start of 2024, I’ve been fortunate to grow a large Instagram community and teach thousands of new and experienced agents how to actually generate leads on Instagram.

And today, I’m here! Still incredibly passionate about serving buyers and sellers and excited to continue evolving as a Real Estate Coach. There’s so much power and possibility in Instagram, and my goal is to help as many agents generate leads and build their businesses while remaining an authentic voice in the space.
